Walk the building with the phone in your pocket. The AI counts the wall area off your elevation photos, reads what's failing and prices the scope in your numbers — so the proposal is out the same day instead of the week the scaffold quote lands.

On the walkthrough

Live today

You're walking the building

You're going round it anyway. Shoot each elevation the way you'd shoot it for the file, add the few things only a plasterer standing there would know, and the scope writes itself.

  • Photograph every elevation — plus the corners, the soffit line, the window heads and every crack you can see from the ground
  • Type or say what a photo can't tell it: the substrate, storeys and access, three-coat or EIFS, repair or full re-stucco
  • It counts wall area elevation by elevation, nets the openings, reads what's failing and writes the line items
  • Removal, barrier, lath, each coat and the finish come out as their own lines, with scaffold and protection already on
  • You change what you want and send a real proposal the same afternoon

Best for: every job you walk. The substrate and the access are still your call — it does the counting and the typing, and nothing sends until you've read it.

What lands in their inbox

Same day, in your name

Stucco quotes get compared on one number, which is how the cheapest system in town keeps winning work. This one shows what's actually going on the wall.

  • Wall area by elevation, with the windows and doors netted out, so the square footage isn't something they have to take on faith
  • Removal, weather barrier, lath and each coat as its own line — not “stucco, $35,000”
  • The system and the finish named, so a cheaper quote is visibly a different job and not just a better price
  • Scaffold and protection on the page, because it's a real cost and it's half the reason you're not the cheapest
  • They approve it on their phone and the job lands on your schedule

Why it wins: the other two sent a price for “stucco.” You sent a scope that tells them what's behind the wall and what you're doing about it.

It all runs on your price book — rate per square foot by system and coat, removal, lath and barrier, scaffold by storey, your minimum and your margin. We load it with you on one call, and every estimate after that comes out in your numbers.

It reads a wall the way a plasterer doesNot a generic model guessing at your trade

Wall area by elevation

Each face counted on its own and netted for windows and doors, so a house that's all glass on the back doesn't get priced like four blank walls.

What's failing

Hairline map cracking against the stepped and diagonal cracks that mean movement, plus delamination, bulging, efflorescence and the staining under a sill that says water is already behind it.

The system underneath

Three-coat over lath, EIFS over foam, or parging on block — three different scopes, three different prices, and the one thing you can't afford to assume from a photo alone.

The things that get forgotten

Scaffold and access by storey, control joints and expansion beads, window flashing and kick-outs, the colour sample, the protection and the final wash down.

Water gets in behind it, and the quote has to say soThe repair that only fixes the surface comes back, and it comes back to you

  • Cracks come out graded — cosmetic map cracking separated from the stepped and diagonal cracks that mean movement
  • Staining and efflorescence are noted where they are, because the location is what tells you which detail failed
  • Flashing, kick-outs and window heads get their own lines, so the repair fixes the cause instead of covering it
  • Where it's genuinely a choice, repair and full re-stucco are priced side by side and the homeowner decides with numbers in front of them
  • The walkthrough photos stay attached to the estimate, so what the wall looked like the day you quoted it is on the record

One elevation a year more than covers it. Most stucco contractors get it back on the first job they quote the same day instead of the following week.

What stucco contractors ask first

Can it tell EIFS from three-coat?

It reads the tells — joint lines, the sound of a knock isn't something a camera gets, but board edges, expansion joints, sill details and the way it terminates at grade all show up. Then it asks you to confirm, because the two systems are different scopes at different prices and that's not a guess worth making.

Can it tell me if a crack is structural?

It grades what it can see and flags the pattern — map cracking reads as cosmetic, stepped and diagonal cracking at openings and corners reads as movement. That's a flag for you to investigate, not a verdict. Anything structural is an engineer's call and the estimate says so rather than pretending otherwise.

Does it work for repairs, or only full re-stucco?

Both, and repairs are where it saves you the most argument. It puts the damaged areas on the estimate as measured patches with the cause beside them, so the homeowner can see the difference between patching two hundred square feet and doing the elevation properly.

What about scaffold and access?

You tell it the storeys and how the building is approached, and it carries your scaffold rate onto the estimate as its own line. It's on the page where the homeowner can see it, which is the honest answer to why the cheap quote was cheap.

What stops it quoting a number I'd never charge?

Your price book. Rate per square foot by system and coat, removal, lath and barrier, scaffold by storey, mobilization, your minimum and your margin — you load them once and every estimate comes out of them. It never invents a rate, and any line it estimated itself is labelled so you can check it.

Do I have to switch everything over?

No. Estimating is one part of the system. The website, missed-call text back, reviews and invoicing are there when you want them and ignored when you don't.

The quote that explains the wall is the one they sign

Three contractors looked at that elevation. Two will send a number for “stucco” next week. Yours arrived the same afternoon and told them what's behind it.
