We handle what
keeps you up at night.

Bedbugs, cockroaches, mice, rats and wasps — dealt with properly by the owner himself, not a subcontractor. Evenings and overnights included, because that's when most of this stuff actually shows itself.

What we handle

The four that keep people up

Treated at the source, with the entry points sealed behind them so you're not booking the same job twice.

Bedbugs

Treated room by room with a prep sheet sent ahead, so the first visit actually lands instead of scattering them into the next unit.

Discreet & unmarked

Cockroaches

Gel baiting and crack-and-crevice work that follows them back to the harbourage, not just the counter you happened to look at.

Night inspection

Mice & Rats

Tamper-proof stations, entry points sealed and follow-up checks until the scratching in the ceiling stops for good.

Sealing included

Wasps & Hornets

Nests taken off eaves, soffits and ground colonies — and evening is the right time anyway, because the whole colony is home.

Same day

Ants, spiders, silverfish or something you can't identify? Call (905) 520-9180 — if it's not something Kyle handles, he'll tell you who does.

Why after dark

A daytime look misses the ones that matter

Roaches, mice and bedbugs are nocturnal. Between nine in the morning and five at night they're behind a wall doing nothing, and an inspection sees an empty room.

2:00 PM
What a daytime check sees

Clean floors, nothing on the counters, no droppings in the open. Somebody writes "no visible activity" and leaves.

11:00 PM
What Kyle sees

Torchlight along the toe-kicks, behind the fridge motor housing, along the bed frame seams. This is where the real count gets made.

12:30 AM
Treatment while the place is empty

No kids underfoot, no customers, no food prep in progress. Product goes exactly where it needs to go.

6:00 AM
You wake up, or open up, to normal

Surfaces wiped down, monitors placed, and a note on what was found and what happens next.

Who turns up

You get me on the phone, and you get me at the door. Same person, every visit.
  • No dispatcher relaying half of what you said, and no different tech each visit who has to be told the whole story again.
  • The quote you're given on the inspection is the price you pay. Nothing gets added once the work has started.
  • Unmarked vehicle and no signage. Bedbugs especially — nobody on your street needs to know why anyone came by.

For businesses

Serviced after close, sorted before you open

Small commercial jobs done outside opening hours, so you don't lose a shift to it or explain to a room full of customers what the van is doing there.

Restaurants & cafésKitchen and back-of-house between close and morning prep, with a record of what was treated.
Rental unitsLandlord jobs handled unit by unit, discreetly, with the tenant kept in the loop.
Offices & retailEvening and weekend visits so nothing happens in front of staff or customers.

How it works

Three steps, no runaround

Free inspection

Kyle walks the place at whatever hour suits the pest, works out what you're actually dealing with and finds how they're getting in. You get the price before anything is applied.

Treat and seal

Targeted treatment inside and out, plus sealing on the gaps that let them in. Most homes are done in a single visit.

Follow up free

If it comes back, so does he — no charge and no argument about whether it's the same infestation.

If it comes back, so do I

If the pest Kyle treated for turns up again, he returns and re-treats at no charge. No trip fee, no argument about whether it's the same infestation, and no need to go through the whole story with someone new — you're calling the person who did the work.

If you're just outside the list it's worth calling anyway — after hours there's no traffic, so the range stretches a fair bit further than it does at four in the afternoon.

Questions

Before you call

Do you really answer late at night?
The number goes to Kyle, not an answering service. If it's genuinely urgent he'll come out that night. If it can wait until morning he'll say so honestly and book you in first thing, rather than sell you a callout you don't need.
Is evening or overnight work more expensive?
Booked evening and after-hours work is priced the same as daytime — it's how most of these jobs get done properly anyway. A genuine middle-of-the-night emergency callout is quoted on the phone before anyone gets in the van, never added afterwards.
Will my neighbours know why you're here?
No. The vehicle carries no pest control signage, and for bedbug work especially, visits get scheduled for whatever time is quietest for you.
Is the treatment safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Products go into cracks, voids and the exterior perimeter rather than onto open surfaces. Kyle will tell you which rooms to stay out of and for how long before he starts — usually about an hour once things are dry.
How should I prepare for a bedbug treatment?
You'll get a written prep sheet as soon as the visit is booked — laundry, clutter and furniture access, mostly. It matters more than people expect: proper prep is the difference between one treatment and three.
Can you service my restaurant without shutting down?
That's the point of working nights. Kyle comes in after close, works through the kitchen and back of house, and is gone before prep starts, leaving a record of what was treated.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the pest and the size of the place, which is why the inspection is free — you get a firm price before anything is applied, and that's the price you pay.

It's late. Call anyway.

Send a photo of what you're seeing and Kyle will tell you what it is before he even comes out.
